The expert with more than ten years of legal practice. Considerable expertise in IT project support: product and outsourcing companies, startups, international actors, IT associations and clusters. Ivan cooperates with the Council of Europe and the World Justice Project as expert.
Ivan has got Information Privacy Professional/Europe certification from the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP). In Dexis Partners he is the Head of Privacy and Data Protection.

Public activities
Ivan pays a great attention to education, to research and teaching activity as well as to legal environment development as a member of the Ukrainian Bar Association Board. In 2014 he founded the School of Law of the Ukrainian Catholic University (UCU), of which he was the Director from 2014 to 2020 and where he implemented a number of successful educational projects and training programs.
Together with partners, in 2020 he established the Dnistrianskyi Center – the analytical and advocacy platform researching the issues that are problematic for the society, elaborating solutions and developing long-term strategies for their implementation.
